Full Hydro testing & Hatch and vent testing

Hatch and vent test-  every 2.5 years

With our two 30 000 litre storage tanks and high flow pumping system via 5" pipes into the building, we can provide a fast turnaround for 2.5 year hatch & vent tests and 5 year full Hydro testing needs. We can bench test your pressure vacuum vents as per AS2809 procedures or provide service exchange units.

AIP Safe load pass

AIP stickers are required for entry to any commercial fuel loading terminal

We are a approved inspection station (Approval 411) and are also happy to provide advice on vehicle and trailer compliance. We can also provide any modifications or items required for approval.

Hose Testing

Continuity-    every 6 months

Hydro-          every 12 months

We provide full "Test & Tag" service for all Code and composite hose's. Hose repair as well as new hoses can be supplied to order and with the new "Crimped" hose style can usually be supplied the next day.

Compliance inspection

General compliance inspections are available to ensure your vehicle or trailer meet the AS 2809 dangerous goods code.

Pre purchase inspection

Before making a substantial investment in a road tanker let us check it out for you and avoid any nasty surprises. Aluminum tankers are very cost efficient however previous repairs if not done correctly can turn them into money pits.
